Balphagore's gluttonous love of corpses draws him to wherever the Hellbourne's atrocities are at their worst. Armed with an array of dark powers, this daemon is not to be trifled with when hungry -- and Balphagore is always hungry.

Self Position Enemy Units
Balphagore vomits burning demonic bile on all enemies in front of him, damaging and slowing them. Some of the corpses of his previous victims are regurgitated as well, which Balphagore may choose to feast on a second time.
Mana Cost: 100/110/120/130
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Deals 30/55/80/105 Magic Damage per second to enemies in a 120 degree cone in front of self, up to 400 units away.

Enemies caught in the cone have Bile applied to them, which lingers for 0.5s when it applies to the target. Regurgitates a total of 6 corpses over its duration. Lasts 3 seconds.

You make me sick.

Demonic Pathogen

One of the many pathogens festering in Balphagore infects an enemy. The pathogen robs its victim of any spellcasting ability and damages them as the disease runs its course. It then spreads to any of the victim's nearby allies.
Range: 500
Mana Cost: 105/110/115/120
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Applies Contagion to target for 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. Upon expiration or on use, Contagion is applied to enemies in a 300 radius around the original target for the same duration. Contagion will also transfer to nearby enemies if the original target dies while under its effects.

- Every 0.5 seconds the debuff is on an enemy, it will grant 1 charge to Hell on Newerth or reduce its cooldown by 1 second if it is not yet ready.

Beats the hell out of swine flu.

The decaying flesh and bones stored in Balphagore's gut fuse into small demonic minions, which Balphagore regurgitates to do his bidding. He produces more minions if he has eaten more corpses.

Spawns one Minion for every three charges.

Maximum of 3/6/9/12 charges.

Minions apply a stacking 1/2/3/4% Movement Speed slow for 2 seconds when attacking, maximum of 6 stacks.

  • Consumes non-hero corpses within 100 radius of Balphagore, even at full charges and Health, healing 15/20/25/30 Health.
  • Minions have a lifetime of 35 seconds.

After gaining enough power from nearby enemy spell casts, Balphagore unleashes the infernal power stored inside his gut in an explosive ring of hellfire.
Radius: 600
Mana Cost: 100/150/200
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Activate to deal 200/250/300 Magic Damage and apply Hell Snare to enemies for 4 seconds in a 600 radius ring. Each charge increases damage by 1/2/3 up to a max of 300/450/600 Magic Damage.

Spawns a Volatile Minion on each enemy hero hit for 8 seconds that deals 30/50/90 Physical Damage per attack, and deals 200/275/350 Magic Damage in a 200 radius on death.

Charges: Gains charges equal to 0.5 times the percentage of Mana spent by enemy units within 1000 units up to a max of 100 charges. After not gaining charges for 30 seconds, loses 1 charge per second. While on cooldown, cooldown decreases by 1 second for every 50 mana spent by enemy units. Enemies affected by Demonic Pathogen also grant charges and reduce the cooldown.

- At max charges Volatile Minions will be killed instantly.

Reduces Movement Speed by 50% initially, recovering to full speed over 4 seconds.

Notes
  • Gathers charges from Player-Controlled Enemy Units within 1000 radius.
  • Gains charges equal to 0.5 times the percentage of Mana used. For example, spending 200 Mana with 1000 Max Mana will grant 10 charges.
  • The ring expands to 600 radius over 0.7 seconds and is centered around Balphagore.
  • Does not damage or slow Magic Immune units, but will summon Volatile Minions to attack Magic Immune heroes.
  • Volatile Minions are immune to the same abilities that Bosses are immune to, including Dominate and Transfigure.

Deals 175/250/325 Magic Damage to enemies within a 600 radius. Gains additional effects with more charges:

40+ charges: Damage increases to 300/375/450. Applies Hell Snare to each enemy hit. Cooldown increases to 60 seconds.

80+ charges: Spawns Volatile Minions on each enemy hero hit. Volatile minions can be killed by either team. When killed, they explode doing 125/200/275 Magic Damage to enemies in a 200 radius. Cooldown increases to 120 seconds.

Charges are gained based on mana spent by nearby enemies. After 30 seconds without a nearby enemy casting a spell, one charge is lost per second.

Does not gain charges while in cooldown, instead the cooldown is lowered by 1s per spell cast in the radius.
