In the darkest days of the war, when starvation stalked the land, it is said that some men turned to eating the flesh of the dead -- and then, the flesh of the living. Perhaps that is the origin of Dampeer, a monster who feeds on the lifeforce of his foes, spreading terror before his tattered wings, his pants the only remnants of his humanity.

Dampeer instills terror within nearby foes, damaging and disabling them and causing them to run around aimlessly.
Radius: 275
Mana Cost: 75/85/95/105
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Deals 75/125/175/225 magic damage and applies fear to enemy heroes for 1 second.

Each Essence he possesses will increase the damage by 25 and fear by 0.25 seconds.

Dampeer takes flight toward target enemy, damaging and stealing life from foes he passes through.
Range: 600
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10 seconds
Moves quickly to target unit dealing 50/90/130/170 magic damage to enemies passed through (145 touch radius) and healing Dampeer for 10/20/30/40 health per enemy touched.

Each Essence he possesses will increase the damage by 15 and heal by 5.

Like a bat outta hell!

  • Dampeer moves at 1300 speed during Vampiric Flight.

Dampeer and nearby allies gain lifesteal on attacks.
Radius: 650
Cooldown: 1 second
Passively grants nearby allied melee units 15/20/25/30% Lifesteal. Ranged allies gain 2.5/5/7.5/10% Lifesteal.

Toggle to affect only nearby allied heroes.

Passively gains 10 attack speed for each Essence Dampeer possesses.

Bloody Marys for everybody!
 
Notes
  • Lifesteal from Bloodthirst stacks with other sources of Lifesteal, including Abyssal Skull's aura.

Type - Magic
Dampeer takes a massive bite of an enemy's flesh, inflicting damage and healing himself for the damage dealt. An Essence charge will be added to himself on every use. If it is used to kill an enemy hero, Dampeer gains 3 Essence charges.
Range: 150
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Deals 200/300/400 magic damage to the target and heals himself for the same amount.

Each Essence he possesses will increase the damage and heal by 35/55/75.

If Consume is used, Dampeer gains an Essence. You may hold up to 3 Essence. Essence dissipate upon death.

To nom, or not to nom? That is the question.
 
Notes
  • With 3 Essences, a full combo on a single target will add 225/285/345 Magic Damage, 120/180/240 extra heal, and 0.75 extra seconds of Fear.
