Lord Salforis, Baron of Blackwal, commands necromantic powers that distinguish him from typical Hellbourne fodder. A potent sorcerer and general alike, his mere presence on the battlefield is enough to induce visions of fear in his foes, rotting them from the inside and draining their souls. Rumor has it that falling to his lance will doom one's soul.
Lord Salforis is a lethal melee caster that can dish out huge amounts of spike damage with Mors Certissima. The Undying allows him to shut down healing and regeneration effects on a single target, making him a great counter to enemy tanks and life-stealing carries.

Health regen from Mors Certissima is capped at +48 Health Regeneration per second (120 charges), which means Mors Certissima regenerates less than 40% of damage dealt if it deals more than 600 post-mitigation damage.

Activate to inflict a tapering 40% Movement Speed Slow around you for 2 seconds.
Meanwhile, for 5 seconds or until you successfully attack, you gain 50 Movement Speed and your next attack is charged with nether energies, adding 40/60/80/100 Damage, converting it to Superior Magic damage, and granting it 55/70/85/100% Life Leech.
Passively steals 30/45/60/75% of nearby enemy's Health Regeneration giving it to yourself.
Nearby enemies passively are dealt up to 15/25/35/45 True Damage per second. This damage is split between all nearby enemies. Minimum of 15 damage per second.
On use, Toggle's off the passive damage.

Target an enemy hero to inflict it with The Undying for 12 seconds.
Pauses the duration while Salforis is within 600 range of the target. Deals 5 bonus damage per second for every hero that died while under the effects of Undying, up to a max of 50 bonus damage.
The Undying Effects

The Undying negates any health restored via Health Regeneration rather than reducing it, so Lord Salforis can still steal Health Regeneration from the target.
Deals a total of 300/480/660 Superior Magic Damage, and a minimum of 900/1080/1260 Superior Magic Damage after killing 10 heroes with this skill with Staff of the Master.
New Staff of the Master effect: Pauses the duration of The Undying when Salforis is within 600 range of the target. Each hero that dies while under the effects of Undying permanently increases the Damage per second done by this ability by 5, up to a max of 50 bonus Damage.
In addition to the soul mechanic you gain a bonus 20 Health Regeneration as well as a bonus 3 Health Regeneration per 100 HP of missing life while The Undying is active on a target.
Still keeps the soul gain on-kill benefit if someone dies while under the influence of the ultimate.

No longer gives Health Regeneration based on enemies around you. Instead, it now steals 50% Regeneration from enemies around you with a max of 127 hp/sec
No longer grants you a soul when the target dies. This effect has been moved to a Staff of the Master upgrade
SotM Effect: Enslaves the target's soul when they die under the effects of The Undying. The Soul has 1 charge for every 100 Max Health of the Hero that died. Each charge grants Salforis 5 damage and 2 Attack Speed. Using the ability again will consume the charges. Each charge heals you for 50 hit points (Thus you can heal for half of the target's Max Health)
Passively grants 0.8/1.2/1.6/2 Health Regeneration for every nearby enemy, up to five enemies.
Nearby enemies passively are dealt up to 20/30/40/50 True Damage per second. This damage is split between all nearby enemies. Minimum of 10 damage per second.
