Evasion, when triggered, allows you to dodge an auto-attack, negating any damage dealt, as well as not applying any "On Attack" Modifiers.
All sources of Evasion are Exclusive Modifiers, so Evasion cannot be stacked. Only the highest Evasion value will be used. Zephyr's Wind Shield's ranged attack reflect and Chronos's Rewind are not considered Evasion, so these skills stack with Evasion.

Miss Chance[edit | edit source]
Miss Chance is a negative effect which causes units affected by Miss Chance to miss their auto-attacks, negating its damage.
Ranged heroes have a 25% chance to miss their attacks if they are attacking a unit that's in higher terrain, called "uphill miss chance." Attacking a Ward of Sight or Ward of Revelation does not trigger uphill miss chance.

True Strike passively causes auto-attacks to ignore both Evasion and Miss Chance, including uphill miss chance.
