Dr. Repulsor stood back and looked over the creation in his laboratory. The golem made from magnetized stone and steel was complete and ready to be brought to life. He watched as Hellbringer completed the ritual to summon forth the demon that would power the construct and bring it to life. The Eldritch runes etched into its frame would hold the creature eternally in place. While it may lack the intelligence of Chronos, the new soldier would be the first of many demon powered war machines.

Rocket Drill

Lodestone fires his drill arm at an area. Lodestone can then drag himself to the drill.
Range: 700
Radius: 200
Mana Cost: 120
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14 seconds
Launches a drill at target position, dealing 50/90/130/170 Magic Damage to targets and applying a 60% Movement Speed Slow for 2 seconds, and attaches the drill to target position.

Activate again to launch yourself towards the drill, ending 300 units past it, dealing 50/90/130/170 Magic Damage to enemies you pass through and Stun for 1.5 seconds. Enemies hit a second time take half damage.

The drill returns to you if you move more than 1200 units away from it.

Notes
  • The drill lands at the target position after 0.3 seconds.
  • Lodestone can cast the second activation within 6 seconds from initial cast.
  • Lodestone is pulled to the drill at 1750 speed.
  • Stuns and damages enemies in a 125 radius around Lodestone on second activation.
  • Destroys trees in a 200 radius around the drill impact location and around Lodestone on second activation.
  • Lodestone can still attack while the drill is out.
  • Deals a total of 75/135/195/225 Magic Damage to enemies that are hit twice.

Lodestone smashes an enemy but receives some recoil damage.
Range: 200
Cooldown: 7 seconds
Deals 150/240/330/420 Mixed Damage to target and surrounding enemies, as well as yourself. Damage dealt to yourself is non-lethal.
I have mixed feelings about this.
 
Notes
  • If the target unit is Magic or Physical Immune, Headsmash deals half damage and is reduced by the unresisted armor type.
  • Lodestone takes the full Mixed Damage even with Magic or Physical Immunity.


Lodestone Plates

Passive
Lodestone is surrounded by energy absorbing plates that restores some of his health whenever damaged.
Cooldown: 12/10/8/6 seconds
Passively blocks 10/20/30/40 Physical Damage from every attack. Does not stack with other forms of damage block.

When available, reduces the next instance of hero damage over 150 by 30%.

I prefer self-repair whenever possible.
 
Notes
  • Damage block is given as Deflection. Because Lodestone Plates has a 100% block chance, it will override other Deflection bonuses.
  • Does not activate from DoT damage.
  • Self-damage from Headsmash will trigger Lodestone Plates, as well as other ally hero damage sources (i.e. Pebbles Chuck.jpg Chuck).


Shatterstorm

Self Self
Lodestone absorbs all of the energy around him and explodes but leaves himself and his enemies vulnerable afterwards.
Mana Cost: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds
Gain 20% damage reduction per second for the next 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, deals 275/375/475 Mixed Damage and applies a tapering 50% Movement Speed Slow for 5 seconds to enemies in a 400 radius around self, and applies Shatterstorm to enemies and self for 5 seconds.

Slow is blocked by Magic Immunity, and Shatterstorm debuff is blocked by Physical Immunity.

Shatterstorm Effects
Attacks against this target have 100% Armor and Magic Armor Penetration.

Notes
  • If enemy unit is Magic or Physical Immune, they take half damage and damage is reduced by the unresisted armor type.
  • Shatterstorm effectively sets Armor and Magic Armor to 0, unless the armor value is negative.
  • You cannot recast Shatterstorm during the startup if you use a Restoration Stone.

Passive
Lodestone is surrounded by energy absorbing plates that restores some of his health whenever damaged.
When you take hero damage, removes a charge and heals back 35% of the damage taken.

A charge is refreshed every 6 seconds. Maximum of 1/2/3/4 charges.

I prefer self-repair whenever possible.
 
Notes
  • Charges are set to full when Lodestone levels the ability.
  • Lodestone Plates heals proportional to post-mitigation damage.
  • Does not activate on DoT damage.
  • Self-damage from Headsmash will trigger Lodestone Plates, as well as other ally hero damage sources (i.e. Pebbles Chuck.jpg Chuck).
