Launches pollen at target unit. On impact, stuns target for 0.1 seconds and applies Crippling Pollen for 1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Crippling Pollen Immobilizes, Silences the target, and deals a total of 100/150/180/210 Magic Damage over duration.
Monarch encases an allied hero in a protective chrysalis, allowing the target to withstand incoming damage and recuperate.
Range: 700 Mana Cost: 100/105/110/115 Cooldown: 16 seconds
Applies Chrysalis to target for 3 seconds. Can be activated again to end the effect early.

After 3 seconds, the gust returns to its origin triggering again. The gust removes all Debuffs and Stuns and grants 100/150/200 Movement Speed for 6 seconds to allies and self.
