Oogie is a melee carry that builds damage through the scaling of mana. Between Conflagrate and Primal Surge, Oogie can deal a lot of area of effect damage and be extremely difficult to kill with a notable mana pool.

After a short delay, deals damage and slows enemies in the targeted area. This effect can be cast multiple times and the mana cost increases with every cast.
Range: 900 Radius: 200 Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 1.25 seconds
Target a position. After a 0.75 second delay, deals 90/140/190/240 Magic Damage slowing enemies for 25% for 2 seconds depending on their distance from the center of targeted location.
The mana cost of this ability increases by 30, damage by 10 and slow by 5% with every cast, to a maximum of 5 times.

After not casting Tar Quake for 8 seconds, Tar Quake resets to its base values.
Tar Quake's Movement Slow has a base slow of 25% based on distance. The base slow increases by 5% per cast, to a total of 25 to 50% Movement Slow.
Tar Quake is modified after the following number of consecutive casts:
1 Cast: 100/150/200/250 Magic Damage, 5% to 30%, 130 Mana Cost
2 Casts: 110/160/210/260 Magic Damage, 10% to 35%, 160 Mana Cost
3 Casts: 120/170/220/270 Magic Damage, 15% to 40%, 190 Mana Cost
4 Casts: 130/180/230/280 Magic Damage, 20% to 45%, 220 Mana Cost

Toggle
Type - Magic
Toggle to begin rapidly draining mana, granting bonus movement speed and an immolation aura.
Radius: 300 Cooldown: 0.75 seconds
Activate to toggle on or off. While on, drains 4% of your max mana per second deals Magic Damage equal to 10/20/30/40 plus 2/3/4/5% of your maximum mana to enemies around you every second. Grants 5/10/15/20% bonus movement speed while active.

Mana spent with this ability does not trigger effects that occur when mana is spent, such as Nome's Wisdom, with the exception of Primal Surge.
Kindled Fury

Passive
Oogie strikes with great force passively dealing additional magic damage and restoring mana on occasion.
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Passively causes your next attack to add bonus magic damage equal to 5/8/11/14% of your missing mana and restores 8/12/16/20% of your missing mana.
Passively reduces cooldown by 1 second for every 75 mana spent.

Primal Surge

Activate, transforms into a tiki warrior for a brief duration causing a portion of all mana spent to heal yourself and a portion of all damage taken to restore your mana.

Activate to apply Primal Surge to self for 12 seconds.

Primal Surge Effects 40/50/60% of damage taken restores mana, 40/50/60% of mana spent restores health.
Magic Damage based on Max Mana changed from 2/3/4/5% to 1/2/3/4%.
The values were unintentionally changed previously from 2/3/4/5% to 4%, so this is being remedied correctly based on Oogie's performance since the change.
