While the world above burned, within the deepest crevices of Newerth an abominable conglomeration of sentient gels, pathogens, and other lurkers of the deep simmered in a primordial pool, slowly evolving and multiplying. From this cesspool emerged the Parasite, sickeningly intelligent and chaotically evil.
Parasite is a jungle hero who is extremely powerful in one-vs-one situations. He is capable of staying active in ganking while maintaining his progression in the neutrals.

Takes control of the target unit and hides yourself within, granting it 20/40/60/80 Attack Speed, 2/3/4/5 times Parasite's level in Damage, +25% bonus damage taken from controlled-player enemy units, and 25/50/75/100 Movement Speed but
The unit loses 3/2/1/0% of its Max Health per second. Can target ancients.
Experience and Gold granted to Parasite when the Infested Creep dies is now a static 125 Experience and 75 Gold, rather than the values based off of the Infested Creep. If an enemy player has damaged the creep within the last 10 seconds, the enemy team also will receive the static amount of Experience and Gold split evenly among each enemy player.
Creates an ability on target that will kill the controlled creep and heal the Parasite for 30/40/50/60% of its current Health.
Level 1 of this ability cannot target allied units.

Parasite does not gain the Static Gold and Experience when his Infested creep dies if the infested creep is an ally creep.
Cannot Infest player-controlled units.
Removes all buffs and debuffs and disjoints projectiles on Infest.
While infesting a creep, Parasite can be selected, although you can't do anything with Parasite besides leveling his abilities.
Damage drain directly removes Health, and cannot be reduced with Damage Reduction effects.
Draining Venom will function on the Infested creep as it would on Parasite.
The Infested unit gains an ability that allows Parasite to kill and consume it (bound to R by default).
When Parasite leaves an Infested creep with less than 7 seconds of cooldown of Infest, its cooldown will be set to 7 seconds.

When used, the Bounty from the Infested creep is granted to the last enemy-controlled unit that dealt damage to the Infested minion in the last 2 seconds. If no other hero applies, Parasite will be credited as the killer.

Draining Venom is applied when you attack a target with a unit you Infest, or if you use an ability on a target.

Notes
Only autoattacks and Parasite's abilities' damage are amplified by Draining Venom.

The Parasite can steal the strengths of enemies while passing his own weaknesses onto them.
Range: 600 Mana Cost: 125/150/175 Cooldown: 60/45/30 seconds
Target an enemy to leap at it.
On impact, your Debuffs are transferred to the target and the target's Buffs are transferred to you.
Deals 250/350/450 Magic Damage and applies a 2/3/4 second Silence to target.

The projectile travels at 1750 speed, and Parasite will leap to the target at 2250 speed upon latching.
Does not transfer status effects against Magic Immune targets.

Experience and Gold granted to Parasite when the Infested Creep dies is now a static 125 Experience and 75 Gold (rather than the values based off of the Infested Creep).
This will always happen regardless of how the Infested Creep dies.

These values are the highest values among the strongest units in the Hard neutral camps.
Parasite's minimap icon is now visible while Infest is active.
When Parasite's Infested creep is killed via Consume, it now grants the last enemy player-controlled unit the kill credit if that unit has damaged the Infested creep within the last 2 seconds.
This prevents Parasite from denying the gold and experience of the opposing team if he uses Consume before the opposing team can kill the Infested creep.
