Portal Keys tear asunder the already tenuous barriers between the dimensions of Newerth and enable one to instantly teleport a modest distance. Because of the volatile energies released, however, a Portal Key can never be used by one who has recently been injured, lest he be torn asunder himself.

Description

When activated, teleports user a short distance to a targeted location.

Effects

Target Position Range: 1200 Mana Cost: 75 Cooldown: 15 seconds Teleport self to target position. Cooldown of 3 seconds is applied to Portal Key if damaged by a player controlled unit.

Notes

If Portal Key is on cooldown for more than 3 seconds, taking damage will not affect cooldown. Dropping or purchasing a Portal Key will place it on a 3 second cooldown. Disjoints projectiles upon activation. Double-activating will blink 1200 units in the direction of your base.
