Prisoner 945 led the ground forces of the Titan Rebellion and was imprisoned by Jeraziah in the dungeons of The Capital. He is released in this desperate hour to battle the Hellbourne, but only his actions on the battlefield will finally free him from his chains.
Prisoner 945 is a Melee Strength Initiation hero capable of isolating enemies and disrupting teams. Prisoner can Hook multiple enemies from a great distance with his Ball & Chain then punish them for Engaging with Prison Break.

Prisoner throws a hook on a chain into the air at target location. Upon hitting the location, it is dragged back towards Prisoner, dragging enemy units hit or hit along the way with it.
Range: 1000 Mana Cost: 110/120/130/140 Cooldown: 14 seconds
Target an area to throw your Ball and Chain at it.
On impact, it travels back to the Prisoner and drags all enemies it hits along the way.
Deals 100/180/260/340 Physical Damage to everyone hit.
- At the end of the pull, applies a 1 second 80% tapering slow to all targets.

The ball will drag enemy units to Prisoner 0.65 seconds after throwing the ball.
The ball always travels 1100 units away, and returns to Prisoner over 0.69 seconds.

Prisoner throws out chains that latch on to all nearby enemy heroes. After brief delay, anyone still latched is pulled towards Prisoner, stunned, and damaged.

Pulls 400 units towards Prisoner (the target)) at the end of duration. Takes 200/300/400 Physical Damage and gets Stunned for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds after being pulled. Removes the effect if moving more than 600 units away from Prisoner (the target).
Notes
Chain That Bind is removed if Prisoner or the target (when targeting an enemy) dies during Prison Break.
Destroys trees in 100 radius around units being pulled by the second portion of Prison Break.
Prisoner's model and some responses will permanently change after casting Prison Break for the first time. This also applies to all his Alt Avatars.
With Staff of the Master, if an enemy hero was targeted, Prisoner throws a projectile that hits the target after 1 second.
With Staff of the Master, when targeting yourself, no projectile is thrown and the ability behaves exactly like the non-boosted version with 50% less delay. Shackled is also not applied when targeting yourself.
Ability can now be used on the closest enemy hero within its cast range from the caster via activation of the third ability of this hero as a sub-ability (default hotkey "E").
