Prisoner 945 led the ground forces of the Titan Rebellion and was imprisoned by Jeraziah in the dungeons of The Capital. He is released in this desperate hour to battle the Hellbourne, but only his actions on the battlefield will finally free him from his chains.

The ol' Ball and Chain

Target Position Enemy Units
Type - Physical
Prisoner throws a hook on a chain into the air at target location. Upon hitting the location, it is dragged back towards Prisoner, dragging enemy units hit or hit along the way with it.
Range: 1000
Mana Cost: 140
Cooldown: 14 seconds
Target an area to throw your Ball and Chain at it.

On impact, it travels back to the Prisoner and drags all enemies it hits along the way.

Deals 100/180/260/340 Physical Damage to everyone hit.

- At the end of the pull, applies a 1 second 80% tapering slow to all targets.
- Pulls enemies over cliffs and through objects

Notes
  • The ball has a radius of 110.
  • The ball will drag enemy units to Prisoner 0.65 seconds after throwing the ball.
  • The ball always travels 1100 units away, and returns to Prisoner over 0.69 seconds.
  • Does not drag Bosses, but deals damage to them.

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Target an enemy to apply a ball and chain and Shackled to them for 3/5/7/9 Seconds.

The ball and chain can be attacked by enemies and dies after 2 attacks.

Prisoner has always had a passion for hurting things, he just does it better than everyone else.
Passively grants +15/20/25/30% Base Damage, and an additional 10% for every visible enemy hero within a 500 radius.

Type - Physical
Prisoner throws out chains that latch on to all nearby enemy heroes. After 3 seconds anyone still latched is pulled towards Prisoner, stunned, and damaged.
Range: 1200
Radius: 550 (650)
Mana Cost: 100/125/150
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Activate to deal (Target an enemy hero or self to throw a projectile that deals) 100/150/200 Physical Damage and applies Chains That Bind to all nearby enemy heroes for 3 seconds.

Also applies the current level of Shackled to the target. Can be used on self to trigger the effect instantly.

Just TRY and run!
 

Chains That Bind Effects
After 3 seconds, Deals 200/300/400 Physical Damage and 2.0/2.5/3.0 Second Stun and pulled towards the Prisoner.

Removes the effect if moving more than 600 (700) units away from Prisoner.

Notes
  • Chain That Bind is removed if Prisoner (or the target) dies during Prison Break.
  • Destroys trees in 100 radius around units being pulled by the second portion of Prison Break.
  • Prisoner's model and some responses will permanently change after casting Prison Break for the first time. This also applies to all his Alt Avatars.
  • With Staff of the Master.jpg Staff of the Master, if an enemy hero was targeted, Prisoner throws a projectile that hits the target after 1 second.
  • With Staff of the Master.jpg Staff of the Master, when targeting yourself, no projectile is thrown and the ability behaves exactly like the non-boosted version. Shackled is also not applied when targeting yourself.
