Shadowblade is a versatile hero that may be built in many different ways and still be effective. Shadowblade may decide how he wants to level his abilities based on his laning situation and from there he can choose which build he wishes to go in order to carry late game.

Gains 20/35/50% of target's primary attribute and switches your primary attribute to the attribute gained. If you target yourself, you will copy the attribute corresponding to your current form. Bonus strength from this ability only provides Maximum Health by 16.5/17.25/18 per point.
Essence Shift buff is not removed on death.
The amount of stat gained accounts for all attribute modifiers at the time it was applied, including status effects and items held at the time, even if they were refunded afterwards.
If you target yourself without any form active, you will always copy your Agility, even if your primary attribute was changed.

With a Staff of the Master, bonus effects match your primary attribute, not Shadowblade's forms.
With a Staff of the Master, as Strength, Splash damage is centered around the target instead of dealing damage in front of you, and works with both Melee and Ranged attacks.
With a Staff of the Master, as Intelligence, you will always restore Mana equal to 40/60/80% of your Intelligence on attack, even if the enemy had less Mana than that amount.
Bonus Armor increased from 0.75/1.5/2.25/3 to 3/6/9/12.
Bonus Magic Armor increased from 0.75/1.5/2.25/3 to 1/2/3/4.
The bonus Armor and Magic Armor now only lasts for 3.5 seconds after entering Gargantuan Form (instead of lasting for the full duration of Gargantuan Form).
The bonus Strength still persists for the full duration of Gargantuan Form.
