Notes

Your attacks have 1200 missile speed while in Soul form. Illusions do not gain bonus damage when created while Shadowblade is in Soul Form, but does gain bonus attack range until the buff expires. Stun of first attack against an enemy hero pierces both Magic Immunity and Physical Immunity. Stun from Soul Form doesn't trigger to non-hero on attack so it still remains until the first attack against an enemy hero.

Essence Shift (Quintessence Shift) [ R ] Cast Time: 0 / 0 seconds Target Unit All Heroes Type - Superior Magic Copies a part of target's primary stat. Range: 1600 Mana Cost: 30 Cooldown: 30 (5) seconds Gains 20/35/50% of target's primary attribute and switches your primary attribute to the attribute gained. If you target yourself, you will copy the attribute corresponding to your current form. If Strength is the Primary Attribute of self, reducing Max Health by 3 per point of bonus Strength granted by this ability. Grants additional effects based on the attribute copied: - Strength grants 30/50/70% splash damage in a 225 radius. - Agility grants Unitwalking and True Strike. - Intelligence causes your attacks to drain Mana equal to 40/60/80% of your Intelligence and restore your Mana equal to that amount.

Notes

Bonus strength from this ability only provides Maximum Health by 16 per point. Essence Shift buff is not removed on death. The amount of stat gained accounts for all attribute modifiers at the time it was applied, including status effects and items held at the time, even if they were refunded afterwards. If you target yourself without any form active, you will always copy your Agility, even if your primary attribute was changed. Does not interrupt actions on cast. With a Staff of the Master, bonus effects match your primary attribute, not Shadowblade's forms. With a Staff of the Master, as Strength, Splash damage is centered around the target instead of dealing damage in front of you, and works with both Melee and Ranged attacks. With a Staff of the Master, as Intelligence, you will always restore Mana equal to 40/60/80% of your Intelligence on attack, even if the enemy had less Mana than that amount.
