The Chipper has taken action, piloting an advanced tactical combat and acorn collection machine. Armed with missiles, tar dispensers, and deployable saw blades, The Chipper is ready for war.
The Chipper thrives on constant engagement and spike damage using his Rocket Barrage and Sawblade Showdown. His strength lies in being able to nullify casters with Focus Buffer and dealing massive damage by expending all his spells at once.

The Chipper can fire a small rocket in any direction from the dome on the top of his walker. The rocket will mini-stun, deal damage, and cause Tar to light on fire.
Range: 3000 Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70
Deals 90/105/120/135 + 7% of target's Max Health if the rocket travels 2000 units or further as Magic Damage on impact and stuns for .1 seconds. Gains one charge every 3 seconds. Max of 1/2/3/4 charges.
If the target is covered in Tar by Tar Toss, they will catch on fire and burn for 15/20/25/30 Magic Damage per second per rocket for the rest of the slow.
Each rocket gives 400 day and night clearvision while in flight.

The Chipper heaves a spoonful of his own special tar solution at the target location. Any enemies hit on impact are slowed and those who take the full force of the hit will find themselves barely able to move.

Applies Tar Covered to anyone hit for 2/3/4/5 seconds. Reduces Attack Speed and Movement Speed based on how close they are to the center upon impact. The closer they are, the more they are slowed.

The Chipper is able to communicate with the Chiprels underground, calling upon them to push spinning sawblades out of the ground where he directs them to. Anyone unfortunate enough to be in their sharp path takes significant damage.
Spawns saws for 8 seconds. Applies Sawbladeand Sawblade Crippled to any enemy who walks into the spinning blades. Saws destroy trees, obviously. Grants 200 day and night clearvision along the saws while active.
Control and some element X does the trick.

Sawblade Crippled Effects 90% Movement speed slow initially, which wears off over 4 seconds.
