Many years ago, the Torturer was just a dying man who made a pact to serve the Hellbourne in exchange for eternal life. However, to ensure his loyalty without the distraction of physical temptations, the Hellbourne stripped the man of his physical body leaving the pure energy of destruction, agony, and hate.
The Torturer is a spell-based damage dealer best positioned in the midst of his opponents. While Impalement and Torment will do incredible damage over time, the Torturer's low base survivability requires augmentation through items.

Radius: 500 Mana Cost: 95/115/135/155 Cooldown: 30/28/26/24 seconds
Deals 9.375/18.75/28.125/37.5 Physical Damage to a random target in radius every 0.25 seconds for 8 seconds, for a total of 300/600/900/1200 Physical Damage. Can hit Buildings for 50% damage.
The effects of this skill continue even when the Torturer is disabled or killed.

Damages target and the 3/4/5/6 closest enemy units in radius for 80/140/200/260 Magic Damage.
The chains drag all units hit for 200ms at 740 speed towards the main target.

The Torturer forces his Torment onto nearby enemies every second, damaging them.
Radius: 450 Mana Cost: 40/80/120 Mana Upkeep: 20/40/60 Cooldown: 0.75 seconds
Damages enemies in radius for 70/110/150(100/150/200) Magic Damage every second. Silences no longer auto-toggles off this skill.
Using a non-ultimate ability grants Torturer 4/7/10 Health Regeneration per second for 4 seconds.

Notes
Without a Staff of the Master, Torment will toggle off if Torturer is stunned or silenced.
Unlike other Toggle abilities, toggling on Torment will add a charge to Mana Battery or Power Supply.
Releases a pulse when toggled on and every second afterwards.
Each pulse expands to 400 radius over 0.5 seconds.
Pulses are not created if Torturer is Stealthed while Torment is toggled on.
